the message comunicated was come and see the film because it has the newest technoligy involved and should have breathtaking effects

Unit 5 LO1.2. AIDA analysis on a campaign

Aida is a marketing term for people who analyse adverts. it stands for
A. Awareness, make the customer aware of your product, message or services
I. Interest, make the customer interested by explaining features, benefits or justifying opinions
D. Desire, convince the customer they want your product or that they agree with you
A. Action, lead customers to purchase your product or take action

awareness- the TV add makes people aware by showing the BT home hub just after letting the family in to view the house the sales mans says "o i notice you've seen the BT home hub" using a bit of humor, the message is to middle class people in this add it kinda got directed towards men given the expression that its a gadget.

interest- the sales man explains allot about the benefits of the home hub by saying about 8 meg wireless broadband, built in security, free evening and weekend calls over the net and he said " soon your be able to handle TV & videos on demand then a women's voice speaks over all & says "bt home hub has all the technology to meet all them needs" it shows a average sized family moving in to a house it gives a message that the bt home is a accessory for a home.

desire - just the look of it is convising its the newest toy for men to play thing i looks great it looks like it owner has money its flashy.

Unit 5 LO1.2. Target audience analysis

my target audience is aged 15 to 19
they will live in the south east so close to glyndebourne

how you will persuade your target audience to take notice of your campaign and its message

i will use a pop up for facebook and other social networks. i will also use a poster that will be put up in schools and collages around my target area.

how you will distribute or broadcast your campaign

my pop up will be sent around to as many people as i can manage. and my poster will be in all of the schools in the local area. so i am hoping that the distribution of my campaign will be as much as possible

what materials and equipment you will need to promote your message

to create my pop up i will need; computer, photoshop, flash and an internet connection.

to create my poster i will need; computer , photoshop, and lots of paper.

which elements you will use across the different campaign elements, Such as themes, logos, messages etc

for my pop up i will use a blank box with the sounds of a city in the background and then the knight crew and glyndebourne logo's will appear as if sprayed on to the box by spray paint and then there will be a few reviews of the book so people will have an understanding of what it will be like.

for my poster i am using the theme of an old musical poster from andrew lloyd webber. i will have a black background and a silhuette of a knife in the middle withe the logo's in the same places they would be for mypop up.

how you plan to measure the success of your campaign.

i plan to measure my success by asking everyone and keeping a tally of who came because of who's campaign. i plan to do this during the interval. the only problem i may encounter is i may miss out some people.
